Our AI provider acts as our processor and may not use your data to train its AI models. It processes data under the safeguards in section 6.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. After a Programme ends, aggregated or summary engagement data, and where contractually required limited identifiable data, may be transferred to your employer or Programme sponsor for reporting and evaluation purposes.
